Hailey Bieber denies liking TikTok post mocking Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco

Hailey Bieber’s rep denies TikTok influencer's claim that she liked a post mocking Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco.

Hailey Bieber has denied claims made by a TikTok influencer suggesting she liked a post mocking Selena Gomez and her fiancé, Benny Blanco.

The influencer, Courtney Presto, alleged that Hailey liked a TikTok video from February 14 that ridiculed Selena and Benny’s photoshoot for Interview magazine. However, Hailey’s representative quickly refuted the claims, calling them “fabricated.” In a statement to E! News on March 9, her rep stated, “This never happened. This entire story has been fabricated by a content creator looking to capitalize off of an old, tired narrative.”

The controversy began when Presto posted a TikTok showing a screenshot of Hailey’s supposed “like” on her video, which mocked Selena and Benny’s pictures. In the video, Presto had joked, “I genuinely can’t decide which is the worst,” referring to the photos. She also suggested that Hailey likely “f–king hates Selena.”

Hailey and Selena have frequently been linked to rumors of a feud, which began in 2018 after Hailey married Justin Bieber shortly after his breakup with Selena, following their long and tumultuous on-again, off-again relationship. However, the two women have occasionally shown signs of support for each other.

In December 2022, Hailey liked a post from Selena announcing her engagement to Benny. A month later, in October 2022, Hailey and Selena posed for their first public photo together at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles. As per E! News, that the photo was a deliberate effort to silence rumors and show that there was no animosity between them.
