Blake Lively along with Ryan Reynolds is seeking a legal protection after Justin Baldoni released behind-the-scenes footage of their dancing scene from It Ends With Us set.
The decision, according to E! News, was made the same day, on January 21, when Baldoni’s legal team, headed by attorney Bryan Freedman, released the video.
Now, the couple’s own lawyers issued a letter to judge Lewis J. Liman, seeking a gag order for Freedman.
In the documents obtained by, Lively’s legal team alleged that “virtually every day” since the 37-year-old actress has filed her case in December, Freedman has given television interviews, appeared on podcasts, issued inflammatory written statements, and leaked information to the press and tabloid media.
The documents filed in the court further alleged that many of Freedman’s public statements contained “numerous new false statements” about the Gossip Girl alum.
Her latest legal request comes amid their ongoing battle with the Jane the Virgin alum which started back in December 2024, when Lively accused the 40-year-old actor of sexual harassment, hostile workplace environment, and starting a smear campaign again her while filming It Ends With Us.
