“I would not have asked him to send himself my money…after I told him we are getting divorced,” said Christina Hall.
Christina Hall is taking her divorce from Josh Hall very seriously.
The Flip or Flop alum accused her estranged husband in court documents obtained by E! News on July 25, claiming he transferred over $35,000 into his own bank account without her consent.
Christina, who listed July 7 as the separation date in her divorce papers, alleged that on July 8, Josh contacted her property manager to have income from Tennessee rentals redirected to his personal account.
“The property manager complied with the request believing I had authorized the change of accounts,” the 41-year-old wrote in a signed declaration, noting that her ex’s request was “not accurate as I had no personal contact with Josh on July 8, 2024.”
She added, “I would not have asked him to send himself my money the day after I told him we are getting divorced.”
The Christina on the Coast star also disputed Josh’s claim that their separation occurred on July 8, the date he mentioned in his divorce filing.
“Quite frankly I am shocked and concerned by the fact that he has diverted over $35,000 of my separate property money to his separate account on July 8, 2024,” Christina wrote. “The fact that this is the same date he now alleges to be our date of separation, even though it is actually July 7, 2024, makes it clear why he chose the next day.”
Additionally, Christina accused Josh of withholding funds for a property in Carson, Calif., that she is currently renovating. She stated that the property is titled to a limited liability company (LLC) that Josh established without her knowledge, naming himself as the sole manager and owner.
