Lydia Bright has confirmed that she and boyfriend Ben Davies have split as she enters 2025 “single again.”
The 33-year-old former ‘TOWIE’ star had been dating landscape gardener Ben since the start of the year, but the couple’s relationship came to an end in late 2023. Lydia removed all traces of Ben from her social media in November, sparking speculation among fans.
On New Year’s Day, Lydia posted a series of photos with family and friends, reflecting on the past year and confirming the breakup. She wrote that December was a month of gratitude, celebrating the memories she made with her loved ones, despite feeling nervous about spending the holidays single again. Lydia admitted that although she had expected to feel sadness during Christmas, she was instead grateful for the support of those around her and entered 2025 feeling “blessed.”
In November, Lydia had traveled to Berlin to visit her sister Georgia after feeling “lost.” She shared that she hadn’t initially wanted to burden her sister but thanked Georgia for dropping everything to support her. The trip proved to be exactly what she needed, according to Lydia’s heartfelt post.
Lydia and Ben’s relationship had appeared solid earlier in the year. In July, Lydia shared a series of PDA-filled photos from their Ibiza holiday, calling Ben the “love of my life.” However, their social media presence has since dwindled, with the two no longer following each other online.
The couple’s romance followed Lydia’s five-year separation from her ex, Lee Cronin, with whom she shares her daughter Loretta. Lydia and Ben first went public with their relationship in April, after attending one of her ex-boyfriend James Argent’s music events together. The couple’s affectionate behavior at the event made it clear their relationship was serious, though Lydia has emphasized that her bond with James remains strictly platonic.
Despite speculation about a potential reconciliation with James, Lydia confirmed that while they remain close friends, they are not romantically involved.
