Sopranos star Drea de Matteo reveals 13-year-old son helps edit her OnlyFans content

Drea de Matteo reveals on a podcast that her 13-year-old son helps edit her Only Fans content

Drea de Matteo, known for her roles in “The Sopranos” and “Sons of Anarchy,” has disclosed that her presence on OnlyFans is a family affair. Appearing on the “Not Today, Pal” podcast with her “Sopranos” co-stars Robert Iler and Jamie-Lynn Sigler, de Matteo revealed that her 13-year-old son, Waylon, sometimes assists in editing her content. “He’s like, ‘So what do you want me to do with the bikini line here?’” de Matteo shared on the podcast.

De Matteo clarified that while her son helps with some editing, she ensures that her children do not see certain content. She restricts access to images that include other models, stating that these are no racier than a love scene from one of her film or TV roles. Her daughter, Alabama, who is 16, is also kept away from this content.

De Matteo joined OnlyFans in 2023 as a means to generate income after losing Hollywood roles due to her opposition to COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Initially, she planned to use the platform to launch a podcast with her boyfriend, Robby Staebler, focusing on politics and current affairs. “We wanted to do it there because it wouldn’t be censored, and everything was being censored,” she explained. “We have no freedom of speech anymore.”

However, she soon shifted to posting more provocative content. Although she has avoided full frontal nudity or X-rated acts, de Matteo views her OnlyFans work as a “political statement.” She stated, “I had to give myself the narrative that this is the only way I can fight for my freedom right now, and that’s basically to be naked. To be naked with my beliefs and my politics and what I want for my kids’ future, and I think that people are so afraid right now to speak their minds.”

De Matteo has also been in the headlines for criticizing celebrities who endorse President Joe Biden, though she has not publicly supported his Republican rival, former President Donald Trump.
