A suspect has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a woman in northeast Harris County early Sunday morning.
Francisco Javier Ochoa, 19, faces charges for the shooting death of 24-year-old Joselyn Espinoza in a motel parking lot located in the 15000 block of Mesa Drive.
According to charging documents, Espinoza was found with a gunshot wound to the head around 2:45 a.m. She was transported to a nearby hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
