The married teacher accused of making teenagers as young as 13 wear “Scream” masks while they had group sex with her is getting hit with new charges that could see her spending the rest of her life behind bars, according to authorities.
Brittany Fortinberry, 31, of Indiana, has been accused of sexual abuse by yet another boy — bringing the total number of juvenile accusers to six, officials told TMZ Friday.
Prosecutors are preparing to slap her with another 24 felony charges — bringing her total to 29 — at an upcoming court hearing on April 3, according to the outlet.
In addition to five counts of level-one child molestation, she’s additionally facing charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of matter harmful to minors and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, the report said.
Morgan County Prosecutor Steven Sonnega told TMZ that, if convicted on the child molestation charges alone, Fortinberry could face 20-40 years in prison on each count.
If the judge orders the sentences to run consecutively, she’ll likely die behind bars.
Then there are 24 other counts of varying level offenses, which each have maximum sentences between two- and 12-years’ prison, the prosecutor said.
Fortinberry met her accusers — some as young as 13 — at two different Morgan County schools in 2024.
One of the boys told police that Fortinberry allegedly spent $600 on him and a group of boys, then had them wear the horror movie masks while she had sex with all of them.
Police also alleged that the teacher would have the teens over to her house, give them drugs and have sex with them after she put her own children to bed. She allegedly even sexually assaulted one teenager she’d hired to babysit her kids, according to prosecutors.
She would threaten to kill herself if her victims said anything about the abuse, according to charging documents.
She allegedly offered between $100 and $800 to the boys for photos of their genitals and would also regularly send them nude photos of herself, the charging documents claimed.
If the boys said they didn’t want to have sex with her, she would allegedly rape them while saying, “Just let it happen,” one accuser told cops.
Last month, the former teacher was accused of sexually abusing several students — but blamed the twisted perversion on her 150-pound weight loss.
